- What you send us. When you use a contact, assessment, or quiz form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, the topic you picked, and your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Please do not put passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive data into our forms. We will never ask for them there.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page before we turn anything on.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and schedule a discovery call.
- To deliver an assessment, quiz result, or proposal you asked for.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
- To send follow-up about the service you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the site and respond to you, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify), and the email and business tools we use to reply and keep records. They may only use it to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the security of our clients.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and keep normal business records. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@blackclover-cyber.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. No method of sending or storing data is 100 percent secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
